These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Suljhaoo, a business management platform operated by Valantech Solutions Private Limited (“we”, “us”, “our”). By registering or using the platform, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

1. Account Registration

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at support@suljhaoo.com if you suspect any unauthorised access. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

2. Subscription & Payment

Suljhaoo is offered on a subscription basis. Fees are billed in advance for the chosen plan period (monthly or annual). All payments are processed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable GST. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date. We reserve the right to revise pricing with 30 days' prior notice.

3. Refund Policy

Subscription fees are non-refundable except where required by applicable law. If you believe you have been charged in error, contact us within 7 days of the transaction and we will review your request in good faith.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Use the platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable Indian law
Upload or transmit harmful, fraudulent, or misleading content
Attempt to reverse-engineer, copy, or resell any part of the platform
Interfere with or disrupt the security or performance of the service
Share your account credentials with unauthorised third parties

5. Your Data

You retain full ownership of the business data you enter into Suljhaoo. By using the platform, you grant us a limited licence to store and process that data solely for the purpose of providing the service. We will not access, use, or share your data beyond what is described in our Privacy Policy.

6. Intellectual Property

All software, design, trademarks, and content on the Suljhaoo platform are the exclusive property of Valantech Solutions Private Limited or its licensors. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right to use our intellectual property beyond what is necessary to use the service as intended.

7. Service Availability

We aim to provide a reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. We may carry out scheduled or emergency maintenance from time to time and will endeavour to provide advance notice where possible. We are not liable for losses arising from downtime outside our reasonable control.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Valantech Solutions Private Limited shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising out of your use of the platform. Our total aggregate liability for any claim shall not exceed the subscription fees paid by you in the three months preceding the claim.

9. Termination

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms, fail to pay subscription fees, or if we discontinue the service. Upon termination, you may request an export of your data within 30 days, after which it may be deleted.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or an in-app notice at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of the platform after that date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

11. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall first be attempted to be resolved amicably. If unresolved, disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Kolkata, West Bengal, India.
